Transcripts are issued by the Registrar's office. The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA), known as the Buckley Amendment, requires that you sign individual release forms for each company, school or individual to whom you desire information released. Parents or guardians of dependent students may access dependent student records by completing a request form and providing appropriate documentation to verify the dependent status of the student to the office of the vice president for Student Services.

Official transcripts are issued by the College only to outside agencies. Official transcripts are issued to students in a sealed envelope. The transcript will not be official if the seal is broken. Student copies of transcripts may be issued to the student are stamped accordingly. Printable Transcript Request Form (TTC Transcripts).There is no charge for Trident Technical College transcripts. Please allow 3-5 working days for your request to be processed.

Complete form and fax or mail to requesting institution. Check with individual institutions as to charge of transcript.

In accordance with The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA), known as public or directory information, including the student's name, address, telephone listing, e-mail address, date and place of birth, major field of study, dates of attendance, degrees and awards received, and the most recent previous educational agency or institution attended by the student. Students who do not wish to be included in the directory must advise the Registrar.

Enrollment Verifications are issued by either the Registrar's office or the Admissions office. TTC will process enrollment verifications after the end of Full Term Drop/Add.
