Track 1—Relationships

Relationships & Interpersonal Violence Counseling
Healthy relationships are about trust, honesty, and compromise. This workshop will explore the aspects of healthy relationships and will highlight the services of the Interpersonal Violence program at TTC.

Do you have questions about Child Support? Orders of Protection or Restraining Orders? Separation or Divorce issues? This workshop will provide an overview of some of the most common domestic relations scenarios, and information that will help you navigate through the intricacies of the Family Court system.

Rape Aggression Defense (RAD) course
The RAD course is a program of realistic, self-defensive tactics and techniques. This shortened version of RAD will present the basics of a self defense course that begins with awareness, prevention, risk reduction and avoidance, while progressing to the basics of hands-on defensive training.  (comfortable clothing is recommended)

Green Living (Recycle, Reuse and Restore)
Improve your environment by learning simple tips and creative ideas on living a green lifestyle.

Eating Better to Live Better
Do you reach for the foods that make you fit or the foods that make you fat? Do you know why some foods are good for you and why you should avoid or eat less of others? This session will cover the basics of food sense to help guide you in making smart choices for a happier, healthier (and longer!) life.
