Purpose:  To control use of the name and wordmarks of the College and of the Culinary Institute of Charleston.

The name "Trident Technical College" and "Culinary Institute of Charleston," shall not be used for any noncommercial, quasi-official, promotional, or similar purpose by any organization, group, or individual without the express approval from the College in advance.
