SBTCE POLICY 7-5-102 UNIFORM AUDIT GUIDE


Purpose:  To establish procedures for preparing, printing and distributing TTC's Annual Report. 

 

Finance & Administration will prepare an annual report a the close of each fiscal year as required by the State Budget and Control Board in compliance with SC Code Ann. §11-11-20.  This report will be printed and distributed no later than November 1.

Finance & Administration will also prepare and submit annual budgets to each county in the college’s service area.

On or before February 15 of each year Finance & Administration will submit a budget for the ensuing fiscal year to each of the respective delegations from Berkeley, Charleston and Dorchester Counties.
