College facilities are primarily for the academic and related activities of the institution.  However, College space may be made available to external organizations when the College is open, adequately staffed, and when existing facility space and parking are not required for current operations.

Public entities such as City and County Councils, Legislative Delegations and the South Carolina Congressional Delegation may use College facilities on a space-available basis without incurring facilities use charges.  

Economic development organizations, educational organizations, governmental agencies, non-profit and for profit organizations, whose missions and values are consonant with those of the College,  are permitted to use College facilities on a space-available basis in accordance with the restrictions and fee structure detailed in TTC Procedure 7-4-1.

Specific guidelines are provided in Procedure 7-4-1, "Physical Facilities, Use by Outside Agencies".
