Academic managers will establish program advisory committees for all associate degree programs except for Associate in Arts and Associate in Science. In some cases, stand-alone diploma and certificate programs may also benefit from advisory committees. Advisory Committee members will be persons from the community familiar with the requirements for successful performance in the work field served by the program. Committee members will advise the appropriate instructional staff on the development, operations and evaluation of the program.
