PURPOSE: To establish a process for requesting duplication and use of copyrighted materials in accordance with Title 17 of the U.S. Code, Section 108, which provides protection for copyrighted materials.
- PRODUCTION REQUESTS
Faculty/staff who wish to reproduce or use copyrighted materials must obtain written permission of clearance from the copyright holder.
- CONTACT WITH PUBLISHER/PRODUCER
The Learning Resources Center provides resources and services to assist faculty/staff as they seek permission to use copyrighted materials. Faculty/staff should allow a minimum of six to eight weeks to complete the copyright clearance process.
