These services include short-term individual counseling; skill development in areas such as communications, assertiveness, stress management, time management, problem-solving, and conflict resolution; crisis intervention and prevention; and alcohol and other drug abuse education. 

We maintain a number of Personal Skills Self-help Handouts for most of the areas listed above.  Also, Activities, Groups, and Workshops are periodically scheduled in these areas. These free services are available to currently enrolled TTC students or recently-enrolled students planning to return to the College.  If we are not able to meet your needs, we will make every effort to refer you to another community resource.
