TTC grants academic recognition to students who complete 30 or more credit hours* with the appropriate grade point average. 

Honors Designation	Cumulative GPA**
Suma Cum Laude	3.95 - 4.000
Magna Cum Laude	3.75 - 3.949
Cum Laude	3.60 - 3.749

These students will be awarded honors medallions to be worn during the commencement ceremony.  Thus, in order to receive an honors medallion, you must participate in the graduation ceremony.  Your diploma will reflect the appropriate honors as of the semester you graduate.

Honor medallions will be distributed at the Mandatory Dress Rehearsal by the appropriate faculty marshal.

Fall and Spring Graduates
The level of the honors medallions is based on your final term cumulative GPA. 

Summer Graduates
Students who will complete their studies in Summer Term will be issued honors medallions based on their most recent cumulative GPA**.

*A minimum of 30 credit hours must be taken at TTC to be eligible for graduation honors. Additionally, the program of study must have a minimum requirement of 30 credit hours.
**The cumulative GPA is based on all work attempted at TTC.  GPAs are not rounded.
