This class studies the use of greenhouses to produce horticultural crops.   Students begin various plants from seeds or cuttings and grow them until the end of the semester when they sell the crops to the public.  Students learn how to calculate all of their costs, as well as complete a comprehensive project that builds a greenhouse from the ground up, including all costs.
