- Represents the organization at the meetings of the American Advertising Federation and the Unified Club Council meetings.

- Receives and deposits all money into the chapter’s bank account, and issues receipts.
- Makes all authorized disbursements.
- Renders an itemized statement at each meeting.
- Responsible for all financial reports required by Student activities, including the monthly treasurer’s report.
