The planning process at Trident Technical College includes both strategic planning and operational planning. With input from college stake-holders, TTC develops a 7-year strategic plan. This plan incorporates the college’s vision, mission, and values as well as operational goals and objectives and 7-year strategic goals. Annually, the college community identifies strategic initiatives. The objectives and initiatives guide the planning processes for the college’s academic and administrative programs.
