Some instructors allow their students to take Make-up and Retest at Testing Services. 

Normally, students are required to test at the campus where they go to class.  If you need to test on a different campus, contact your instructor at least three days prior to testing for authorization to have your test sent to desired campus.

The last day to administer makeup/re-tests occurs the day before the start of regular term final exams.  The final exams period is designated as a time to administer final exams for Distance Learning courses and for finals requiring special accommodations.

• You will need to know your instructor's name, the name of your course and the course section number when testing.
• You need to take your test before your instructor's deadline has passed.  Test passed the deadline date will not be administered.
• Bring a valid picture ID to test (e.g., college ID, driver's license, passport, military ID). Test will not be administered to students without identification.
• Make sure to allow yourself enough time to take your test during the normal Hours of Operations of Testing Services.

• Sign the log-in roster and complete a Test Pass.  Your instructor may give you a Test Pass to bring to test or one may be attached to your test in Testing Services.
• Receive instructions concerning your test.
• Stamp the time in and the time out on your test pass.

• Your belongings will be secured in a bag provided by Testing Services.
• You will keep the bag closed on the floor next to you while testing.
• All cell phones and electronic devices will be turned off and put away during testing.
• You are responsible for monitoring your own test time.  Some tests have strict time limits.
