Prior to submitting an application, all students applying to nursing programs must meet the General Nursing Admission Requirements and the Program Specific Admission Requirements.

To apply for admission to the nursing program, all students must follow the steps listed below:

1) Submit these three documents together: a) a completed Nursing Application specifying your program of choice, b) a completed Statement of Completion form confirming that you have met all admission requirements and c) an Open Advising Session Verification form certifying completion of an Open Advising Session.

2) Submit the three documents listed in number 1 either in person or by certified mail to:

Students who submit information in person must be responsible for obtaining and maintaining proof that the packet was received in Admissions in case any questions arise. Once you submit your required documents, the Nursing Admissions Coordinator will review your file and notify you by letter of your admission status within three (3) weeks. The letter will ask you to accept the space by a specific deadline.

3) Return the form accepting your seat in the nursing program either in person or by certified mail to the address in number 2. If you do not meet the deadline for accepting your space, your space will be given to the next qualified applicant.
