Accelerated Option Announcement

The nursing division is pleased to announce a new option for admission to the Associate Degree Nursing program.  In the Accelerated Option clinical nursing courses can be completed in fifteen months after the non-nursing courses have been completed in the first two semesters. The Accelerated Option is designed for students who  a) achieve the required minimum combined score of 1200 from the Verbal and Math sections on the SAT or a composite of 26 on the ACT OR  b) hold a baccalaureate degree with a minimum GPA of 3.5 from a regionally accredited school. Students in this option must have no work obligations while enrolled in clinical nursing courses.

Students will be accepted to the Accelerated Option beginning Summer 2009. For additional information on the Accelerated Option, please see the 2008-2009 TTC Catalog or talk with your nursing advisor.

NOTE: In order to register for clinical nursing courses, all students must meet registration requirements.
