Registration for Returning and New Nursing Students
Fall 2008
In-person registration for Fall Semester clinical courses begins Monday, July 7th and continues through Friday, August 1st. To register, you must submit the following documents:
# Your registration request
# Completed Nursing Course Registration Checklist form, which is available for returning students at http://www.tridenttech.edu/nursing.htm, click on “forms.” For new students, registration forms are available in information packet. Please include copies of all documentation with these forms.
# Program Evaluation print-out available through TTC Express, under “academic profile.”
Returning students may register one of three ways:
1) Place information in Dr. Beverly Bradley’s mailbox in 630/202 starting June 26 through August 1.
OR
2) Fax information to 574-6545 to the attention of Dr. Beverly Bradley.
OR
3) Meet with an advisor between July 7 – August 1 from 9:00 am -5:30 pm. You can find out which advisor is seeing students by referring to the list posted on the exterior doors of the 630 building.
4) No appointment is necessary to see an advisor during this time, however you may have to wait. You must bring your Program Evaluation along with your Registration Checklist and Nursing Course Registration Checklist with you to register.
After registering, check TTC Express after five working days for your schedule. If your schedule is not there, please email Dr. Bradley at beverly.bradley@tridenttech.edu.
NOTE: The payment due date is August 2 by NOON for all students registered on or before August 1.
NEW students: If you are registering for your first semester of nursing courses (NUR 102, 104, NUR 201), you MUST see an advisor to register as explained in your information packet. New students who do not register between July 7- August 1 should email Ms. Britton at nell.britton@tridenttech.edu to inform her of their intent to register and report to the 630 building, room 212 for registration on Tuesday, August 19 or Wednesday, August 20 between the hours of 8:00 am to 6:30 pm.
If you are a returning student and do not register for Fall Semester between July 7 thru August 1, you must come to Late Registration on Palmer Campus on August 19 or 20 to register. Note: the wait may be three to six hours.
You may register online for non-clinical courses between June 23-August 29 or at the same time you register for your clinical nursing course(s). Please be sure to check the pre-requisites and co-requisites listed in the Catalog for the nursing courses for which you are registering.
Starting August 21 nursing faculty will be available to register students based on the Nursing Faculty Availability Schedule. This schedule will be posted on all exterior doors of the 630 building. Students are to refer to this list to determine the name and location of the faculty member on-duty and see that individual.
Students will be able to drop/add courses from Monday, August 25 - Friday, August 29 between the hours of 8 a.m.-6:30 p.m. Monday – Thursday and 8:00 -5:00 pm on Friday. A Nursing Faculty Availability Schedule for Drop/Add will be posted on all exterior doors of the 630 building. Students are to refer to this list to determine the name and location of the faculty member on-duty and see that individual.
The FINAL Payment Deadline for Fall 2008 is Friday, August 29 by 6:30 pm.
