LEGAL AUTHORITY

Contractual agreements between Trident Technical College and agencies, vendors, or private individuals outside the College will be authorized by the Area Commission, the President, or the Vice President of Finance and Administration after review by the General Counsel, and in accordance with the State Board for Technical and Comprehensive Education regulations and the policies of the Area Commission.
