Trident Technical College is holding a Continuing Education Open House from 4-7 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 11 at the Complex for Economic Development/Continuing Education Center (Bldg. 910) on its Main Campus, 2001 Mabeline Rd., North Charleston. The community is invited to enjoy refreshments while learning about continuing education courses. Visitors can tour the facilities, meet instructors and staff members, learn about continuing education programs and register for courses. Trident One Stop counselors will be on hand to discuss financial opportunities for continuing education. Certified Financial Counselor Walter Frick will discuss Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University (FPU) and how it can help people make the right money decisions to achieve their financial goals. FPU information sessions, which last approximately 20 minutes, are offered at 5 and 6 p.m.

TTC’s Division of Continuing Education and Economic Development offers more than 1,000 continuing education courses in classroom, online and on-site formats. Continuing education is training for adults, regardless of education. Continuing education students do not need to apply for admission to the college or provide transcripts.
