TTC STUDENTS COMPETE IN HARVARD NATIONAL MODEL UNITED NATIONS

May 28, 2009... Eight students from Trident Technical College participated in this year’s Harvard National Model United Nations in Boston. More than 3,000 delegates from the United States and 37 countries attended to discuss issues at the forefront of international relations.

The TTC team spent four days debating, collaborating, brainstorming and developing resolutions in this simulation. The TTC students represented Singapore.

To become a team member for Trident Technical College, students wrote an essay, presented a brief topical speech and participated in weekly meetings that required extracurricular academic readings.
