December 15, 2008... Learn how to create a dynamic Web blog using the relatively new but increasingly popular Ruby on Rails environment and Ruby programming language. Introduction to Ruby Programming, a continuing education course offered by Trident Technical College, is one of more than 200 instructor-facilitated online courses offered by the college and ed2go. Course dates are Jan. 21-March 13, Feb. 18-April 10, March 18-May 8 and April 15-June 5. Cost is $99.

Courses are entirely Web-based with comprehensive lessons, quizzes and assignments. An instructor facilitates every course, pacing learners, answering questions, giving feedback and facilitating discussions.
