Cosmetologists can discover the latest in hair fashion with Trend Cuts, Color and Long-Hair Styling, a continuing education course offered by Trident Technical College. The course meets 9 a.m.-4:45 p.m., Sunday, Dec. 9 in the Complex for Economic Development (Bldg. 920) on TTC’s Main Campus, 7000 Rivers Avenue, North Charleston. Cost is $50 in advance or $70 at the door.

            The course includes a hair fashion show, music, demonstrations, hands-on cutting and color simulation. Topics include client safety and communication, color techniques and long-hair styling.

            This course is approved for six hours of continuing education for license renewal by the South Carolina State Board of Cosmetology. You must be licensed as a cosmetologist. Picture identification is required for admittance.
