ZPDC 518 TTC Technology 101 - Instructor: Bernie Straub
This series of 2 sessions provides an overview of the technology infrastructure at TTC, and the major technical tools available to faculty and staff. Upon successful completion of this course the participant will have a working knowledge of the College's communication and data systems, know how to request system training and technical support, and be able to describe the College’s voice and data network infrastructure. Specific topics include the Help Desk, SANMAN, Outlook/Exchange, Public Folders, Datatel, and the data network infrastructure.
