ZPDC 515 TTC Technology 101 - Instructor: Bernie Straub
This 2 hour session provides an overview of technology at TTC, and the major technical tools available to faculty and staff. Upon successful completion of this course, the participant will be able to describe the College’s network resources, have a working knowledge of the College's communication and data systems, and know how to request IT training and support. Specific topics include the IT Help Desk, Network Drives, Outlook/Exchange, Public Folders, and IP Telephony.
