Cisco AnyConnect VPN Client

In order to access work files, software applications and ttc computer(s) from off-campus, you must establish a Virtual Private Network (VPN) connection from your home or remote computer to TTC's secure network. The College is using Cisco's AnyConnect client software to provide VPN service.
To begin the process you must:

Step 1 image  Contact the IT helpdesk (574-6801) to request a VPN account.

Adjunct Instructors: Beginning fall semester 2011, you no longer need to contact the IT helpdesk to request a VPN account (STEP 1).  However, you will need to download, install, and connect the VPN software (STEPS 2, 3, & 4).

Step 2 image  Make sure the VPN client software is able to run on your home or remote computer
(see Home Computer Checklist, below).  Click one of the following links to download either the Windows or Mac Cisco AnyConnect VPN client software.

Note: TTC's Security Technician will assist you with certain components of the home checklist once your VPN account is established.
